Description: The origin of Cava is associated with the splendor of 19th century Catalan viticulture. Louis Pasteur’s microbial fermentation research, as well as the invention of the cork, revolutionised the production and consumption of wine. The Champenoise Method, which requires a secondary fermentation that takes place inside the bottle, was a result of these innovations.9 months in bottle minimum. Second fermentation in bottle following the strict rules of the traditional method.
Tasting Note: Pale straw color with hint of green. Nose: Fruity notes of green apple & citrus, very agreeable. Palate: Balanced in mouth, refreshing, easy to drink with pleasant finish.
