| Description: | Based in the Premier Cru village of Villers Allerand, Timothée Stroebel works with only 3.5 ha of biodynamic farmed vineyards, choosing to make 12,000 bottles a year rather than sell off the beautiful fruit. The Stroebel vineyard is one of the best locations for Brut Nature in Champagne. The fruit shows ripeness, elegance and precision. Timothée makes Champagne in a minimal intervention manner, using no additives and natural malolactic or alcoholic fermentation. The wines are never cold stabilised and no dosage. The vines were planted in the 60's, consisting of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. |
