The cooling effects of the northern Spencer Gulf and the gully breezes from the ranges have been a strong influence on this wine style. Produced in limited quantity and aged in French and American oak for 24 months, it balances robust coffee and mocha plum fruit flavours with textural elegance and complexity. An ageing potential of a least 12 - 15 years with careful cellaring. |
