| Description: | The Haut-Côte-de-Nuits vineyard sits on Burgundy’s high slopes with lots of sun angles and altitude. Warm days and cool nights help the grapes ripen slowly, keeping their fresh acidity and aromas. The soils are limestone and clay, giving the wines a mineral feel and an elegant structure. Aged in 100% new oak. Aromas of red fruits like strawberry and raspberry, plus light spice and oak. Medium-bodied, fresh and balanced, with soft tannins and a long finish with a hint of minerality. |
